Pack Your Gear
Securely place the unworn sports apparel or equipment in its original packaging, ensuring all official Dragons Team Store tags and labels are intact.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
